Refund Policy 2021

Refunds will be available in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Licensing

A full refund will be offered if an application is cancelled within 3 days of placing your order. If a refund has been granted it will be issued through the same payment medium in which your original payment was.

State Title Nominations

Nominations that are placed before the due date of the title you have nominated, will be offered a full refund if they withdraw prior to 48 hours of the event date.
Late nomination fees are non-refundable as stated during the application, a refund will not be offered on these.
